Sambhaav Media kicks-off FM Radio station at Junagadh

AHMEDABAD | MUMBAI | RAJKOT – In a regulatory filing submitted to the Exchanges in India on Thursday, the company said of having commenced

The Company has on 15.08.2018 commenced operations of FM Radio Station at Junagarh (91.9 MHz)- acquired under E-Auction of Second Batch of Private FM Radio Phase-III Channels.

The FM Radio Channels of the Company are being operated under the brand name “TOP FM”

The Company had received licences of FM Radio Channels for 13 cities which included Bhavnagar, Jamnagar, Bharuch, Godhra, Mehsana, Veraval, Porbandar, Junagadh of Gujarat and Poonch, Leh, Bhaderwah, Kargil and Kathua of Jammu & Kashmir acquired under EAuction of Second Batch of Private FM Radio Phase-III Channels, the filing said.

On Sunday – August 5, 2018 the company had commenced FM Radio stations at Bharuch, Veraval and Porbandar

The company had informed the Indian Bourses on February 27, 2017 – Monday, of having won FM Radio Phase-III licenses vide the investor communication released under the title “Investor Release upon winning of e-auction of Second Batch of Private FM Radio Phase – III Channels”

Announcement from the company of commencing FM Radio operations at Junagadh somehow did not excite the investors & traders active on the Indian Bourses, as the company shares witnessed a choppy trade session and ended in RED Zone on negative counters on Thursday.
