In just one month, Adani incorporates the fourth foodgrain silos company

AHMEDABAD | MUMBAI | RAJKOT – In a regulatory filing submitted to the exchanges in India, Adani Enterprise Ltd said of having incorporated one more agri-logistics company – Adani Agri Logistics Samastipur Ltd, which shall be engaged in storage of foodgrains in silos.

This is the fourth such wholly owned subsidiary incorporated by Adani Agri Logistics Group, after the company incorporated three such entities earlier in month of August 2018.

The company has incorporated three such entities for foodgrain storage for Dahod (in Gujarat), Borivali (in Maharashtra) and Dhamora in Rajasthan.

Subsidiary company is incorporated to develop, operate and maintain Silos for Storage of food grains at Samastipur (in Bihar)  on DBFOO (design, build, finance, own and operate) basis under PPP (public-private-partnership) mode.

Adani Agri Logistics Limited (AALL), a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company, has incorporated WOS namely, “Adani Agri Logistics (Samastipur) Limited” (“AALSL”) on 5th September, 2018 – Wednesday, the filing read.

Adani Group incorporates 2 more Agri Logistics Cos for Rajasthan and Maharashtra

Subsidiary companies are incorporated in India and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad on 5th September, 2018 and is yet commence its business operations.

The company has been incorporated with authorized share capital of 5 lakh (~500,000) rupees each with NIL turnover, as the subsidiary company is yet to commence business operations.

The announcement from the company had hit the exchanges on Friday in evening, after the weeklong trading session on the Indian Bourses had ended.
