Adani Group incorporates 2 more Agri Logistics Cos for Rajasthan and Maharashtra

AHMEDABAD | MUMBAI | RAJKOT – In just 5 days after having made announcement of incorporating agri logistics company for Gujarat at Dahod, Adani Enterprise Ltd said in a regulatory filing submitted to the Exchanges in India on Thursday – August 09, 2018 – of having incorporated two agri logistics companies for Rajasthan (based at Dhamora) and for Maharashtra (based at Borivali-Mumbai).

Adani Agri Logistics Limited (AALL), a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company, has incorporated WOS namely, “Adani Agri Logistics (Dhamora) Limited” (“AALDL”) and “Adani Agri Logistics (Borivali) Limited” (“AALBL”) both on gth August, 2018, the filing read.

Both companies have been incorporated with authorized share capital of 5 lakh (~500,000) rupees each with NIL turnover, as the subsidiary companies are yet to commence business operations.

Subsidiary companies are incorporated to develop, operate and maintain Silos for Storage of food grains at Dhamora (in Rajasthan) and Borivali (in Mumbai – Maharashtra) on DBFOO (design, build, finance, own and operate) basis under PPP (public-private-partnership) mode.

Subsidiary companies are incorporated in India and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad on 8th August, 2018 and is yet commence its business operations.


Announcement made by Adani Enterpirse hit the exchanges in India on Thursday late in evening, somehow the announcement did not excite the investors & traders active on Indian Bourses on Friday morning, when the trading session kicked-off in India, as the Adani Enterprise shares opened in RED Zone on Friday.
